I offer theory and practical skills training in:

  1. QIGONG: Personal Vitality Cultivation and wellbeing and energy work fundamentals.
  2. LIGHT SKILL: Skills (abilities) used in all Esoteric work.
  3. INTEGRATIONS: How to incorporate and apply these skills to boost:
    • Self-work: your own growth / spiritual path.
    • Service to others work: your ‘normal’ or esoteric profession.
    • Taiji / Tai Chi: Applications in martial arts.

1. QIGONG – Vitality Cultivation

Foundational Qigong (yangsheng gong) uses movement, breath, energy, consciousness and knowhow to increase vitality. Set and customizable practices help you build a body that produces and maintains the vital energy (Prana / Life-Force) that underlies health and wellness. It can be practiced at home and is of particular value to hatha yoga practitioners.

2. LIGHT SKILL

Light Skill is more advanced energy / consciousness work.
We learn the theory and application of the ‘Esoteric Science’ (aka; metaphysics) that underlies all esoteric / spiritual disciplines and practices – and also what we regard as ‘normal’ phenomena. It has limitless application. NO woo-woo required, replicate it yourself. I use English terminology and stay out of religion and occultism. More about Light Skill

3. INTEGRATIONS

Esoteric Science (metaphysics) underlies a plethora of disciplines, systems or Practices. They can be categorized into two paths (anyone can practice both):

A. Self-Work ~ The Path of ASCENSION

Focusses on spiritual development practices – the Upward Path of Ascension (mysticism). This includes:

  • Meditation – Mental skills like focus, mindfulness, consciousness transference, typically for raising of “vibration” (energy and consciousness);
  • Prayer The key to Divine/Holy Communion.
  • Your Practice or Path – learn to maximize growth for effort spent.

B. Service to Others work ~ The Path of SERVICE

Focusses on the use of esoteric skills to manifest change or goals in the daily world – the Downward path, also termed the path of Manifestation or Service. Including:

  • Energy Healing – for any modality, alternative or modern (Self-Healing and Healing others). An important and often neglected enabler for;
  • Spiritual Healing – inter-modal and an extension of Energy Healing.
  • Teaching / Facilitation – Skills to support learning using light skill.
  • Your modality – maximize your impact and efficiency. For example:
    • All forms of physical and psychological therapy (Western-medical and alternative),
    • Yoga, Qigong, Taijiquan / Tai chi, Physical training (from Gym to Pilates), Trance modalities,
    • Parenting, Teaching, Cooking, etc., etc. enquire)

C. Taiji / Intrinsic Energies

Will be available to students with a sufficient grounding in Qigong and Light Skill.

About Me

Henq Boshoff

My name is Henq Boshoff.
A calling to the “esoteric” arose in my late teens and I have studied and practiced a variety of modalities for three decades with many amazing people – notably in Healing and Spirituality.
2019 introduced me to an accomplished practitioner and teachers of esoteric science, which focused my path. I spent the year 2022 as a full-time, live-in apprentice. The practical, scientific and non-denominational approach we studied is truly a gift to modern people.
I now teach foundational and discipline specific esoteric skills guided by this approach in the same spirit of open sharing and sacredness that I received it.
