Life-Force fuels every aspect of your being
To live requires energy. Our system automatically energizes itself, but one can learn to manage one’s energy. The most primal form of energy runs our physical being. The Chinese term it Jing and the Vedic cultures term it prana.
The ancients discovered how to perceive and manage life-force energy. To manage includes to feel/see energy, to gather it, to dissipate it, to clean it, to change its nature (frequency and level) and to use it outside the body (for instance in healing others).
Various methods to manage energy were developed. In India this formed part of aspects of yoga. in China it developed as what is today called qigong (energy skill) while in the West is endured in initiatic lineages.
The Elastic Force Qigong (EFQ) system was designed for people with a modern mind-set and lifestyle. It provides a structured, experiential method to learn and develop key skills of Life-Force Management.
